About Me — Sierra Hart

Single Girl in a Nudist World

Hey there! I’m Sierra—a barefoot wanderer, beach towel enthusiast, and your go-to guide for navigating the naturist world solo. I started this journey just a few years ago, and let me tell you: it changed everything.

Like a lot of people, I didn’t grow up around nudism. I stumbled into it during a tough time when my self-esteem was at rock bottom. I was craving something—freedom, confidence, maybe even a little rebellion. So I did something totally out of character: I took myself to a nude beach.

Alone.

And I fell in love.

What I saw that day cracked me wide open—in the best way. There were people of all ages, all shapes, all sizes, just… being. Laughing. Walking. Swimming. Lying in the sun. Nobody was hiding. Nobody was judging. The joy and freedom in that moment lit a spark in me that hasn’t gone out since.

Since then, I’ve been exploring naturist spaces whenever I can—starting locally and visiting new spots when the chance arises. I love hiking, I love traveling, and I absolutely love meeting new people and hearing their stories. One day, I hope to visit naturist resorts and beaches all across the country. But for now, I’m starting where I am—with open eyes and no tan lines.

And let’s be real—going to these places as a woman alone? It can be intimidating. And sometimes, yeah, it can be downright scary. That’s why I started this blog: to share what it’s actually like.

From awkward first moments to magical sunsets, I’m documenting my adventures—good, bad, hilarious, and heartwarming—as a single girl navigating the nudist world.

Everyone’s journey is different. This is mine.

So if you’ve ever been curious about what it’s really like to be naked in public… especially as a woman going it solo… welcome. I hope you find something here that makes you feel a little braver, a little more curious, and a lot more empowered.

Because your body is art.
And you deserve to feel at home in it.

Let’s get bare.

Sierra.
